Good hours (overtime if needed)
Good as a part time job

    Sporting and betting environment, some customers

    Cons

    Salary awful. Support and feed back from upper level staff only visible when communication is down to you, never listen to ideas. Lack of support. Unable to manage at local level. Awful hours and home/work life balance. Threat of violence never far away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Not that anyone will take any notice. Listen to your staff. Staff moral is very low. Most employees do not bother with your engagement survey as they feel nothing will change. Crack down on your support functions, repairs etc, they are a serious source of frustration. Open a channel of discussion that skips past middle management.
