    Great People, enjoyable working environment and good opportunities - business is expanding and really going places so now is a great time to work with them

    Cons

    Can take too many people to make a decision and so opportunities are missed - also made some bad decisions in the past in relation to business dealings

    Pros

    Chances of career progression is good. Staffs are usually friendly and helpful except some.

    Cons

    Have to do long hours. Even if you don not want to do overtime, they force you. Work life balance zero, No social and family life. doing 12/13 hours shift and they are still not happy. Some managers and staff really bad. You will get plenty of back-biting. bitching and gossip. There is always shortage of staff and you have go to 2-3 shops in a day sometime. There is always conflict regarding weekends off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please understand the staffs have their life, family. Do something about the staffing, there is always problem of under-staff and we suffer. Make a pattern for weekends off as everybody gets fair chance.
