Pays pretty well, no dress code, come in when you want, leave when you want.

Cons

Management incompetent..in it only to line their pockets. Promotions are not based on best qualified, based on good old boys network and affirmative action. You can not promote the best, unless you have a good performance process.

Develop discipline. Learn from past mistakes. Promote the best.
