Pros

Competitive salary for operations management Annual bonus eligibility Room for advancement Great tools and communication A lot of training is available. Great benefits 15 paid days off to start Recognition programs

HR and Recruiting should provide support in a more timely manner. They tend to be very slow at filling open positions and forwarding resumes to site management.

Advice to Management

Support team needed for unscheduled absences.

    Pros

Good initial starting pay and you can negotiate your way up to 40,000 or so. They have very few IT sites and they're contract employees with very close relationships with their clients.

    Cons

The management is terrible and rarely in the office. They don't communicate with their employees, promotions are rarely given and only after the employees complete certifications which aren't relevant to their work. The management is completely out of touch and there are a couple of supervisors who are providing the daily assistance to the staff that have pretty obviously given up.

    Advice to Management

Check with the staff to find out exactly what their peers and supervisors are doing on a daily basis. The knowledge management guy sits and browses the web all day and won't answer questions and complains when he is asked to do anything, the callcenter supervisor is very obviously burnt out, the deskside supervisor is a pompous jackass.

  2. Avoid at all cost. Career stopper.

I worked at Williams Lea full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great clients and colleagues. Abundant downtime allows for side projects and freetime to surf the web and watch movies. Relatively easy, non-stressful work.

    Cons

No support from upper management Micro-managing of employees HR department is a joke with double standards No upward mobility or room for advancement

    Advice to Management

Quit micro managing and get off your lazy behinds
