Pros

Excellent employee recognition program. Great work environment. Advancement opportunities nation wide. Rewarding work. My manager is easy to work for and get along with, for the most part.

Cons

Pay is not as good as it could be and medical insurance is high considering the low pay. My manager tends to take over and not let me do my job. Then when she passes a production job off to me she doesn't communicate all the details of what needs to be done. Then when the client complains I have to take the fall.

Advice to Management

Provide better compensation and more affordable medical insurance for the people that are making you money at your client sites.

    Pros

You will receive a paycheck as long as they have accounts.

    Cons

The benefit package is terrible. If there were a no frills, take every dime from you while you work long hours, this is the company. People in Management positions steal your ideas and pawn them as their own. There is no acknowledgement of hard work and there are absolutely no bonus' except to senior management, even though they are spoken of. People are out for themselves to "cover" and promote themselves. They have an "open space" work evironment where everyone sits at one desk. There are barely any cubes. The company is not organized correctly to accomplish what they want to. The company is run more like a start up company then an established company like some of their competitors. I do not recommend working here. If you do decide to take the job, ask for more vacation, because what they offer is not sufficient - and you will need the time off to keep your sanity! Good Luck!

A good starting point but not a good place to stay.

None that I can think of.

    Cons

Workers are always wrong no matter what.

    Advice to Management
