Pros

Every month the shift changes which is more pathetic. Pay is not that great. But training is good.

Cons

Employee Attrition is very high

    Pros

    Decent wages, holiday, progression if you take on more than what's in your job role

    Cons

    No support from management when asking for help, keen to pass blame onto staff.
    Yes men to the client even when its not possible due to lack of staff / time (4 hours given for an 8 hour job)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train your managers and listen to staff at the bottom as they have a better idea on the day to day running of the business

    Pros

    Good clients, the brand name gets you in, they also like the diverse nature of the offering, although things are starting to be a bit stale and the parents are monitoring the pocket money allocation more

    Cons

    Too many islands and in-house fights which erode the end result. At times tries to achieve results with high paid "senior' managers being brought in; but they didn't understand the end to end solution and saw making their business unit work at the detriment of others the only goal
