    Pros

    Great views from the office

    Cons

Working at Williams Lea had taught me a lesson I will never forget. Just beware. if you ever find that your performance review had false/inaccurate information, and is coerced by the management into signing, my advice is to add a statement by your signature saying "I do not agree with the wording of this evaluation." Because this company will use such evaluation to terminate you within your probationary period, and you will have little to no recourse as any evidence or explanation you provide later fighting the false information will not be heard by Williams Lea's HR representatives either. The management systems can be questionable at this company. I will not recommend a friend to work at Williams Lea.
