Williams Lea – “Don't expect much from this company.”

Pros

They have some good alternate schedules if you'd rather not be stuck strictly working 8-5. I prefer to have one week day off per week, as well as being able to avoid rush hour. My building has great views all around.

Cons

Lower than average pay, non-existant tech support, inability to get supplies or software, lack of adequate training, ineffective management.

Being on-site as contract employees, we are separate from the rest of the office culturally. We also seem to be subjected to unrealistic expectations from the people we support, something the jobsite manager doesn't do anything to correct.

Advice to Senior Management

Better training, higher standards for jobsite managers, and better pay.
