    Pros

Williams understands the value that employees bring to the organization and respect a healthy work life balance. The work environment is positive and enjoyable. There seem to be career and personal development opportunities including education reimbursement. The stability of the oil and Gas industry is also a great benefit!

    Cons

For the most part the work is not highly technical.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work.

    Pros

They are very well rescpected in the community.

    Cons

They have awful managers that work there. They think they are the only player in town. Sell contractors on becoming fulltime then string them along. Will also rescind offers if they don't get their way!!!

    Advice to Management

HR needs to provide the proper training to hring managers on actual ethical hiring practices.....Once you make offers to people you should not rescind them for trival reasons!!!
