“Good place to learn.”
Current Employee – been working at Williams-Sonoma
Pros – Good place to learn. Central location. Employee discount and sample sale. Conservative financially, respectful workplace. Good managers to work with.
Cons – Commute takes at-least 3+ hrs for almost all employees. Benefits are ok. It can be improved, compared to other similar companies.
Advice to Senior Management – Management is doing a great job. Williams Sonoma is in great hands and will be one of the top retailers in US.
