Simple breakdown of management levels

Cons – Easy to feel trapped there
Almost impossible to advance career
Company going broke for obvious reasons
Old rules and practices that no longer work in todays economy or business practices

Advice to Senior Management – Don't beat around the bush with your employees we are smart enough to figure out what is going on. Employees are not paid near enough.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
