Pros

Steady and secure, no lack of work in the near future.

Cons

Seems to be little room for advancement

Realize you already have great talent under your roof. Learn to promote from within! Who do you think is teaching the new managers you bring in from the outside....?

    Pros

    So many shifts to choose from. You get a 40% discount

    Cons

    You probably cant afford the stuff they sell (even with a 40% discount) due to the low pay.

    You guys did a solid job, just remember that you get what you pay for!!

    Pros

    health benefits start on your first day
    structure to help employees make the most of their benefits (health fairs, etc)
    somewhat creative environment
    fair corporate art on display in offices
    people are generally nice

    Cons

    rigid corporate structure
    dress code
    office gossip
    unwanted overtime
    retail-focused workplace (feels like you're working at a mall)
    no promotion, not much help/structure to advance beyond entry position

    promote people based on skill
