Pros

40% discount. Product is decent.

Cons

People first is the motto but is a total lie. No raises forever while the higher ups make $$$$ really stinks. After quite a few years, I really feel like the corporate office really doesn't care whether they have decent, loyal employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Actually value your employees!! We keep you in those high salary jobs!!!
