Pros

You can be creative. Work with some great people. 40% discount!

Cons

Lack of risk-taking. Poor communication from upper mgmt.

Advice to Senior Management

Break out of the funk. Try some new ideas. Value your employees' knowledge of their business...you hired them for a reason.
