Unrealistic time frame for tasking and not enough time for selling.

Pros

Beautiful products - nice variety - exclusive

Cons

Way too many tasks to do - totally unrealistic. Things change on a daily basis. With all they expect to get done - with the payroll they give - not enough time to do it all and no time for selling. Too bad too. There is truly no work/life balance here - despite what they say.

Advice to Management

You should do a UNDERCOVER BOSS so you can really see what it is like at the store level.
Less discount on merchandise so you can give "real" raises. I believe in where Laura wants to go with this company - just don't like how she is going about doing it.

    Pros

Great discount. Quality products. Fun environment especially if you enjoy cooking or are a foodie.

    Cons

They no longer practice or support their supposed "People First" philosophy. Have become very commercial and come across as fake and cheesy. Definitely not a customer centric environment in stores.

    Advice to Management

Talk to Chuck and take his advice on how to tend to and run a store.
