    Pros

Biggest pro is that this is a solid company with a bullet-proof business plan. Everyone needs the product, we just need to figure out how to sell more of it. Strong/talented senior management team with great focus on the important drivers of the company.

    Cons

Not excited about benefits package, but compensation, in general, is very good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personnel retention and recruitment in this business is key to growth. Figure out a way to improve the benefits and you will be successful in the future.

    Oppressive office environment

I have been working at Willis

    Pros

    Highly skilled and dedicated co-workers

    Cons

Office environment is sterile and oppressive, management disciplines people for talking in their cubicles and then has loud conference calls on speaker phone in their own office. No leadership, just micromanagement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give people some autonomy and let them be creative. There are talented people working at Willis whose talents are wasted by focusing on WEM compliance to the exclusion of all else, including providing good client service.
