One flag is gone! The acquisition of HRH will be the demise of Willis as we knew it!

    Pros

The only pros is that some compliance is being upheld.

    Cons

Legacy HRH in management are doing a poor job. The quality of work has decreased considerably. Very disappointing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to the "old Willis".

Compartmentalized mega-corporation that does not seem to understand the insurance middle-market from the inside or out.

    I worked at Willis

    Pros

The benefits package is solid and comparable to other large corporations.

    Cons

Very little communication between departments. Rather than offices working as one team/unit, their structure is extremely compartmentalized. Example: Claims department told one thing in regional conference calls; producers told another in theirs; commercial lines told yet another story in theirs. Did not seem to be any communication between department heads at the top of the food chain, they all just tried to do their own thing (doesn't work on a local level!)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the HRH people that you purchased - they understand middle market far better than you seem to.
