Cons

Toxic environment in the local office. Still an us-versus-them attitude toward the legacy HRH employees, even after 4+ years, and it starts at the top. Now that the claw-back provision of bonuses has been removed, expect to see a lot more people from both sides heading out the door.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Manage! Start treating the employees according to their performance, not the gossip that's valued and encouraged. This office could have been a star of the merger, but you preferred to send talent out the door, rather than let the staff make the obvious comparisons.
