I worked at Willis full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There are many opportunities to work solo and take the lead which provides you with numerous chances to grow and learn. Will support insurance education.

    Cons

Wide range of expectations and different salaries. Many times leadership will go unrecognized and/or unrewarded. Company is in a constant state of flux which makes the environment tough to work in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward your associates before they leave, they are your life blood.

I worked at Willis full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with are the only plus I can give regarding working for this company

    Cons

The best you can hope for is a pat on the head when doing well. They do not believe in any rewards, such as pay raises or bonuses. While the higher ups continue to get large bonuses, the people in the trenches are some of the lowest paid in the industry.
While I understand having to put in extra hours now and then, Willis seems to expect their employees to stay hours past the end of the normal work day on a regular basis. O/T is never paid, in fact needs to be pre approved.
    Very poor work enviroment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop micro managing. Have faith that the people that have been doing their job for years, know how to do it.

    No opinion of CEO
