“A good first job”
Former Employee – worked at Wilson Sporting Goods full-time
Pros – Flexible schedules and employee perks such as summer hours, and great employee discount.
Cons – Great opportunities if you are in the right "clique".
Advice to Senior Management – Too much "per manager's discretion".
