Great Student Position

Microsoft Student Partner (Former Employee) Seattle, WA

Pros-Good hardware and software compensation.
-Workload is not too difficult.
-Great community of fellow MSPs to help with campaigns, projects, etc.
-Fun position
-Looks good on resume

Cons-Hardware is taxed on full value at the end of the year, even though it is probably worth less than half value.
-Campaigns and instructions can be unclear at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter communication regarding campaigns, tax hardware at fair used value at end of year.
