I worked at Winchester Mystery House part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

being a tour guide can be a fun job for a teenager. You are able to socialize and story tell without management on your back. When on a tour it's just you and the guests.

    Cons

pay lack of staff morale upper management is a bunch of old zombies that have been working there for decades

    Advice to Management

Have better compensation and prevent the turnover.
