I worked at Wind River full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very competent staff, excellent pay and recognition (bonuses, RSUs, etc.), extremely flexible work environment, no micro-management, challenging and interesting work.

    Cons

Very high bid rates so projects are scarce.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

One USA Tech Lead per project cannot correct all mistakes and inefficiencies of team in a low-cost center. Pursue the most challenging high-tech projects with USA resources to justify the high cost - this will improve employee retention.
