I have been working at Windhaven Insurance full-time

Pros

Work with some high caliber employees.

Cons

Leadership relies exclusively on the "numbers". Lots of unmeasured items that also have an impact on the quality of work goes unnoticed. Employees are forced to lower their quality of work in order to meet demands. Employees who try and dot the i's and cross the t's end up working way over there scheduled hours. Due to Personnel having to work lots of hours in order to get things done the right way the company has "rewarded" them by turning them over to salary ("this is actually a benefit for you"). Lots of changes without testing things out first (just get it done attitude).

    Ok benefits. not too bad.
Great place to grow for brown nosers.
Spend money on some technological advances.

    Cons

    No work-life balance.
Need a plan to stay from 45-60 hours weekly without compensation.
    Salary based Company-No compensation
Benefits *could use a little boost.*
Pay could use a boost as well.
There are some old technology that could be discarded.
Employee morale is down to the ground.
The huddle time could be limited. it is a huddle with no resolution just criticism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just because our experience was bad with the company, We would hope that from a point forward you respect your employees for their hard work. Coach them not kick their butts. Limit the huddle for employees recognition not criticism.
