I have been working at Window World full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The Company, and its franchise owners have a great philosophy, a mission and ethics are to be applauded, rare in these times. Appointments are preset for the sales person, The product is quality, the prices are very competitive, Customer Service, excellent.

    Cons

It;'s a lot of driving, you need a good car and some capital for GAS. I go through 140.00 per week in gas and tolls.

I have been working at Window World

    Pros

They have leads, price is cheap

    Cons

1099, low pay, your own liability insurance, your own gas, tons of paper work, make you get your own business license, self employed but they control your schedule and you have to attend bs sales meetings for free. They also make you run one leg lead that there is no chance of selling. You have to pay for your own lead certification.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tell the truth to the people you bring on.
