I have been working at Windstream full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

WIndstream has the resources to provide a full suite of telecom services to enterprise customers.

Cons

Windstream is moving to fast in its acquisitions and its main focus is on assimilating the companies they acquire rather than gaining knowledge and taking the time to see why those companies were successful and marketable in the first place.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your employees. Reimburse them correctly for their phones as they use them 24/7 servicing your customers and reimburse their mileage appropriately as they are driving miles to meet with and retain your customers. Get them good health care instead of the mess they have now.

    Good old boy management, lack of direction, poorly skilled/qualified management

    Pros

    Training is excellent. Pay is good.

    Cons

    Micromanaging. High end telemarketing - never worked in a sales environment like this before. Mgmt did not care if co-workers stole accounts you were working on. Extreme backstabbing
