Wish they could get their shiz together, but its not looking good

Prospaycheck, all that keeps me here.
Nationwide so easy to transfer offices, not sure how long thats gonna last.

ConsKnew when i was giving an employee # it was all down hill from there and I was right.
No room for advancement unless you know someone.
Upper managment is lost, lower managment is scared to make changes if they still have their jobs after the last round of layoffs.
Pro-active network managment is unheard of, wait till its down then fix it is the new norm, network is falling to pieces.

Advice to Senior ManagementPull up, pull up were gonna crash and burn!! LISTEN to your employees, they know what is going on and how best to fix it even if it dosent fit your busness model, and trying to run a dept at half staff isnt going to make anything better, spend some of that $ we are making ya.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
