Pros

Commission is a plus. They do try to make the sales environment laid back and relaxed, Ton's of games to play and healthy competition between teams

Cons

over the back supervision. Staff is not in-tune with whats going on, on the floor

    Pros

    The benefits and money are wonderful. Matching 401k and vacation. Training when needed. Free parking. They do have fun weeks and try to make a livable workplace.

    Cons

    You never know when you are going to get the pink slip, they are moving somewhere else to save money. Very stressful. Also, if you need time off forget it. Its up to the company needs not yours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When making a decision that effects the entire workplace or department, why not discuss it with your employees. Maybe no have the departments so divided, they would work together if they knew each other.

    Pros

    the pay is decent and so is the time off. Some cool people to meet as well.

    Cons

    no communication from upper managment. No support system in place, I mean it's there in theory (as in people are employed for these reasons) however if you actually need assistance with something expect a very lengthy wait or figure it out on your own. Nothing matters but numbers, nothing. As a company they encourage some rather shady actions both in the way they operate their billing and the way they "train" there sales reps. overall would not recommend this job to anyone..money is decent but it does not make up for the lack of everything else. Also needs to be noted the systems in place to place/edit/change orders (or do anything else for that matter) is old, outdated, impractical and desperately needs to be updated

    Appreciate your people to much turnover is hurting you. Oh and update you out of date systems...
