    Pros

Fairly good benefits, great bonus plan based on financial performance

Leadership of the company will say anything to get you in the place and position they want you in with promises of promotion. Many will leave before the promise is fulfilled.

Follow through. Be honest with your recruits. Tell people where they stand with the company and that there is a plan for them. If there is not- tell them that too.
