Current Employee – been working at Winn-Dixie for more than 3 years
Pros – Get to work directly with guests
Acting Front End Manager when scheduled
Company is growing and listening more and more to concerns of it's employee
Cons – Pay is low in comparison to competitors
Hours are so-so, when the store is slow, your hours get cut big time
When other departments go over allotted hours, Front end takes the cut
Advice to Senior Management – Treat the Front End better! We are basically responsible for everyone's paychecks, and we take the hit when other departments mess up
