Very few. Some of the friendly customers you meet make it a little easier working there. The benifits are good.
Cons
They rip you off of hours you've worked. They demand more work then they pay you for. DON'T WORK HERE.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn how to treat employees like human beings instead of like cattle. Don't assume that every employee is a pushover.
