Current Employee – been working at WinnCompanies

Pros – Stability, Easygoing work atmosphere, diverse workforce, good benefits (vacations, holidays, 401K, etc.). If you like to work in a routine schedule, this is a good for you.

Cons – High turnover with lower level positions. Lack of actual job advancement and growth. Salary starts low and pay increase is minimum.

Advice to Senior Management – Improvement starts with employee retentions. Need better system to manage the continuing growth of the company. Company might be growing too fast.
