Advice to Senior Managementsuperviser very hostile and very unfair treatment to women and complications and very unfair job distributions and write up for everything and very unreasonable to listen or communicate effectively and no empathy or compassion to complications job assignments

    I worked at Winnebago full-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: I had seven different bosses in 22 years, and all but one were great… Cons: Hours are very market driven so they can go from twenty hours overtime to four day weeks in a couple weeks, and when things slow… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
