Pros

they have plenty of holidays. you earn vacation quickly, oppertunities for advancement. easy going people. and the ability to make the best rvs in the market

Cons

short weeks due to it being a recreational industry and a slow economy. sometimes there is alot of back stabbing and gossip

Advice to Management

the top management should be out on the floor more often to see what work their people are doing so they know you milking the clock and who really works

    I worked at Winnebago full-time

    Pros

pay, benefits and good people to work with good hours for first shift in plastics easy to learn job fast and use of tools.

    Cons

second shift plastics hours are killer for 4 days are 12 hour shifts and then a 5 hour shift, supervisors are horrible at supervising.

    Advice to Management

send the managers back to learn how to treat their employees with respect and not de grade them, and make sure the 2nd shift and third shift get called off if bad weather is expected.
