“Potential for positive growth, but hurdles in place”
Current Employee – been working at Winston-Salem State University
Pros – The region is a wonderful area to live. The faculty are a wonderful group of faculty, in general.
Cons – There are no negative retributions to faculty if they do not do an adequate job. The administration does not always follow through with policy.
