Current Employee - Account Manager  in  Waltham, MA
Current Employee - Account Manager in Waltham, MA

Pros

All the structure that makes business run and all the freedom to succeed your own way.Lots of fluidity among divisions and people are encouraged to try different divisions in lieu of leaving, which is smart maximization of human resources for both you and they.

Cons

Maddeningly slow build up period. It's a solid 2 years to build a book of business. You'll earn much less than you want to or are worth. The upside is that after those 2 years you'll earn a good living for the rest of your career. If you are successful after those initial 2 years, you'll have a job for life.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Waltham, MA

    Pros

Everyone works together, sr management is very knowledgable, and the CEO is one of the best I've ever worked for.

Employees really feel they are contributing success, and are rewarded for their hard work.

Salaries are competitive, and when the company prospers, employees do as well.

    Cons

The success of the company depends on the employment market which can be tight in tough economies. The company is sales focused, so if you prefer not to work in a sales-driven environment, this may not be the right company for you.
