Current Employee – been working at Wipro full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Good Human Resource systems, Diverse projects available across all Technologies and domains, lots of onsite opportunities, High on integrity.

Cons – Poor Salary, lack of transparency, delays in promotions

Advice to Senior Management – The organization is getting into a fluid state far too often and good people have started to become collateral damage as a result of organization decisions. We need an organization that is built to last and people are the most important component in that. Respect them and give them their dues.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
