Pros

They have very friendly salary policies that they consciously review periodically with the goal to be employee-friendly.

Cons

I hate the compulsory punch-in system that makes for a lot of bureaucracy. Emphasis seems to be on how long you stay in office rather than how much wok you did,

Advice to Senior Management

Be more sensitive to employees' needs. Look towards improving the work-from-home policy especially in India where commuting can be a major hurdle.
