Wipro – “If you work for Wipro for awhile any future jobs will seem like a breeze”

Pros

There are opportunities to do a lot of international travel and to work on a wide variety of projects. Within some groups, the work / life balance is great and the day to day routine is very flexible.

Cons

No clear company direction, no transparency into organization goals. The internal gears take way too long to turn out simple things. A lot of processes that seem like they should be standardized and very straightforward can end up delaying productivity.

Advice to Senior Management

Need better communication and transparency to create a shared investment in the company's success amongst employees. Right now, if Wipro does well the employees do not see any of the benefit, so there is no incentive to work yourself harder for the company.
