I worked at Wipro as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Shift patterns

    Cons

    Too concerned on clients
    Too political

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow the employees to think about what they are doing, instead of concentrating on making sure that analysts link solution documents for everything, even simple things like password resets which they have to do multiple times an hour

Being told that you are at the bottom of the "food chain", with janitors above you is never a great idea. (yes that actually happened to me).

Allow employees who have done their work, on a quiet day with literary nothing to do to at least visit random websites like bbc.com, instead of forcing them to pretend to look busy.

Do full investigations into incidents. Was blamed for incidents where I wasn't involved.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
