Pros

More oppurtunities because of the size of the company
Diverse roles avalable for dverse job interests
Good brand value in India

Cons

Very bad management
Very Bad salaries.
No good internal processes
HR practices are very bad.
Average profilies selected in the company are very bad .

Advice to Senior Management

Start being more concious of People as people/employees are the core in your business. Your business cannot guarantee 25% OM over time so do not try to get that business compromising on employees satisfaction.
