I have been working at Wipro full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Opportunity to work abroad is big plus in the company. Opportunities exist through internal job posting site.

    Cons

Have to be in office for 9.5 hours everyday.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Concentrate on retaining C Band employees more, rather than just recruiting zillion freshers every year. Get rid of the bulge mix criteria atleast for CEM accounts. Delivery quality suffers when the team is low on seniors.

I worked at Wipro full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Nice to work as there are many opportunities.

    Cons

Lethargic higher management with age old techniques.
Need to fight hard for getting accurate recognition.
Felt lot of regional bias and favoritism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Concentrate in retaining talented staff with good perks and required recognition. Please remember that even though the Organization grows heaps and bounds, always the man power is very important and to be retained without any second thoughts.
