Cons

Appraisal system flawed.
Progress dependent on your contacts.
Some divisions are not open to employee suggestions.
Too big to get noticed.
Everyone is dispensible - this is the attitude shown by managers.

Advice to Senior Management

-Train middle management in people skills
-Think up a fairer appraisal process
-Encourage employees to speak up by means of forums
-Mr.Premji/CEOs should address the whole workforce more often. Management often appears to distant.
