Pros

none, there is not much besides consulting hops from one place to another. The company had a great product in the area of network management they had no clue what to do with it and sold it for pittance. The GM was clueless about it when asked. Another GM I worked for was primarily counting heads. overall a big no despite all the hype around the org.

Cons

- no relocation
- extremely poor follow up on their own commitments
- utter disregard for families

Advice to Senior Management

When you send engineers from India give them a life with dignity. These engineers who leave their home and everything are basically on their own expense after the 5th day. You have to ask for the cab money from hotel to the apartment you'd move in. No car, no relocation assitance except for help from site coordinators.
