Pros

Generally nice staff, and management.

Cons

Some managers aren't very experienced.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. Its cell phone sales, not many different formulas that work. Maybe move to a better sales logging system.

I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Decent pay and flexible hours for retail

    Cons

    - Unrealistic quotas so that hitting bonuses is impossible
    - Complete lack of accountability from upper management for bad inventory levels, bad budgets, and poor choices in handsets.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe going into the field and having a real conversation with your KM's would give you a better idea of what is really happening in your company.
