I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time

Pros

Very good wage compared to local and national average and it's a fun working environment.

Cons

They run a very lean company, so management doesn't just manage and delegate, they have to work like the workers and leaves them little time to support us. They work managers hard. Also software is very outdated.

    Cons

Quota are not obtainable. Each month does not get close. Moral is down and everyone is looking to get out

I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The kiosk is located inside of a costco, a company that knows how to run a business

    Cons

Any attempt to list the cons of WA may result in a rant which would violate Glass Door's TOS. Pay, benefits, and working conditions (work space, equipment used, etc) are below anything I've ever seen in the industry. Senior management seems to have no clear direction or agenda. Employee turnover from corporate down to the kiosk level is incredibly high. The fact that several DMs, RMs, VPs, and other corporate staff have defected over this past year probably says all there is to say about the health of WA and it's future prospects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Graciously step aside and let people who understand both the wireless industry and the realities of running a company take your place.
