I have been working at Wireless Advocates part-time (More than a year)

Pros

The people are nice and your inside of costco so there's always people to talk to and try and make sales. The sales quotas are realistic and your paid pretty well depending on how strong of a sales rep you are.

Cons

The base pay is really low. You have to earn hours.

Advice to Management

Look into raising the base pay. I am sorry there's no way to live on minimum wage.

I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time

    Pros

Very good wage compared to local and national average and it's a fun working environment.

    Cons

They run a very lean company, so management doesn't just manage and delegate, they have to work like the workers and leaves them little time to support us. They work managers hard. Also software is very outdated.

  2. Alright place to work if you are in school and need some cash to help sustain yourself.

    Pros

pretty flexible; worked around my school schedule. Commission fluffed my income while not being able to work too many hours.

    Cons

No real cons. There a goals your location has to meet, but they aren't that difficult to reach if you actually try.
