I have been working at Wireless Advocates part-time (more than an year)

Pros

The people are nice and your inside of costco so there's always people to talk to and try and make sales. The sales quotas are realistic and your paid pretty well depending on how strong of a sales rep you are.

Cons

The base pay is really low. You have to earn hours.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look into raising the base pay. I am sorry there's no way to live on minimum wage.

I worked at Wireless Advocates part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The only upside with Wireless Advocates is that they are located inside Costco. Which is nice because after working with them for more than a couple of months, you will do everything in your power to try and get employed at Costco.

    Cons

Horrible upper management. They only interact with their employees if your sales are low. Otherwise there is no communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees who work to help your company profit like they should be treated.
