It's an okay place to work

Sales Associate (Current Employee) Oak Brook, IL

ProsThe people are nice and your inside of costco so there's always people to talk to and try and make sales. The sales quotas are realistic and your paid pretty well depending on how strong of a sales rep you are.

ConsThe base pay is really low. You have to earn hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementLook into raising the base pay. I am sorry there's no way to live on minimum wage.
