I worked at Wireless Generation, Inc.

    Pros

There were lots of smart people. It was fulfilling to be in the education area. The office and location were nice.

    Cons

The management was awful. They didn't know what was going on and didn't know how to motivate people. The communication between management and employees was also bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with your employees. Much of the lower management is scared to speak openly with their employees. I think these things should change.

A small company with multiple personalities

I worked at Wireless Generation, Inc.

    Pros

A small environment where you can make a mark if you work hard.

    Cons

Some areas in the companies have a completely different culture than others. You may find it off-putting to see one area of the company with minimum wage earners working while under very stressful conditions, while others work in a Googleplex-like environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No feedback for management.
