Pros

Hours are better than many other retail jobs.

Cons

Horrible communication and lack of professionalism. Will misrepresent store as a corporate T-mobile until you get to the new hire paperwork. Lack of communication between departments often causes people to be started at a base rate below what they were promised.

New commission structure is far below industry average( even if you hit highest level of over $10,000 in personal revenue a month which is a stretch in many stores.) Employees were told that most would earn the same amount under new plan but actually resulted in many making $800 to $1,000 less a month. Employees are made to do outside sales with no reimbersment for using personal vehicle. Constant sales calls to previous customers. Horrible benefits.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay a decent commission rate if you expect everyone to do outside and business to business sales.

    Extremely disorganized which makes your job easy because they dont know what's going on anyway! Pay is good.

    Pros

    Hourly plus commission pay, you can dictate your pay.

    Cons

    Wireless Vision doesnt care about employees being treated unfairly by management. All they care about is the money. Make money that is it. Money is more important to them than being professional and ethical. They dont care how the money is made as long as the numbers is there, which provides a landscape for a lot of unethical behavior in the workplace especially preformed by store managers, and if the employees dont comply with that store manager they will give you a very hard time. Human Resources wont take you seriously either as long as the manager shows that the numbers are there. Be weary about working with this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure that Store Managers treat their employees professionally and in a ethical manner. Investigate employee treatment and not just the numbers.
