Pros

Awsome Retail Experince keeps one up to date on all the lateest phones and accessories that are released.

Cons

Shady commision scale that seems to change up everymonth. You get paide off gross profit and not by activations which is IRONIC seeing how Verizon pays them off of the activation.

Advice to Management

Promote people that deserve to be promoted.
Stop Racisim.

    Pros

Good for a high school/college student. Pay is slightly above min wage but you also make commission on top of that. I made $12 for every iphone i sold. If you can sale an iphone every hour then you will be making the commission and hourly which comes out to be $20/hr.

    Cons

You have to repair more phones then you sale unfortunately.

    Advice to Management

Dont buy a wz franchise, you cannot make any money off them.

  2. Great Job, lacks structure

    Pros

Pay based on Sales (uncapped potential)
Great team of professionals at all the stores
Lots of training to keep you knowledgeable

    Cons

Pay based on sales (No steady pay check)
Hours are retail so there is no structure to your work week
Some days are 11 hour shifts
    No real opportunities for advancement

    Advice to Management

Take a look at your pay structure and see how you can better it. Also create split shifts so one person does not have to work open to close. And lastly when hiring managers, note that girls can do just as good of a job as men.
